Refund Policy:  A refund will be be provided for nonreceipt of services.  For any errors, allow me first to correct before requesting full refund.  Partial refund may apply for any inconvenience caused by a notarial error.  A full refund will be applied if unable to correct error.  Proof of error must be provided.
